Holy cow. On my journey to fix my hip, I decided to make an appointment with my foot doctor. My reasoning was that it would be a lot cheaper than a MRI. My feet are as flat as the great plains and I’ve been wearing custom made orthotics since I was 14.
I got my last pair 7 years ago by bartering with a different foot doctor. Pot for orthotics, nice. Anyway, today when I was getting fitted the Dr. noticed that my right foot is a lot flatter than my left. Eureka! That’s the hip that hurts. I think the problem may be solved, but I won’t know for sure until September 8th when I get my new pair of orthotics.
Who knew I would find some much comfort in having a foot defect? I feel like a weight has been lifted. Cross your fingers that this is the solution.
